Stained Glass Angels In Dining Room Shutters

	This shows how similar the original photo and the airbrushed piece of the glass look to each other.
	And here the piece has been integrated into the window. I put a piece of glass over the face to protect it while soldering. I worried that a hot piece of solder would melt or burn the face.
	Here, Jeanne works on cutting masks out for the second face. It's a long and painstaking process. Her instructor, Joe Flores makes it look easy.
	Jeanne lays out the pieces on a sheet of glass and lets me cut them out.
	It was tough to get a really good picture of the completed angel. We think she looks better with front lighting rather than being backlit, because of all the irridescent glass in the angel wings.
	And here's a close-up, waiting for her sister and the show where she will be displayed.
	Here's the finished face for the second angel panel, it's lying on the back of the nearly completed panel.
And here they are on display at or December 2010 show at the Covey Center for the Arts.

When the show is over, they'll get installed as shutters in their permanent spot.
