We got a chance to work with RD Woods again on the
Moody's craftsman style home. There are six insulated panels in the entry
of the home.
As always, we have to fight to get a decent picture of the installation. RD did the install of the glass. His website is www.wasarts.com |

This shot shows how well the craftsman style glass and the walnut woodwork go together. |

From inside you get a feel for the details of the grand entrance. Notice the arched top of the transom window. |

A view through the sidelight with the door open gives you a hint of the colors of the glass we used. |

A close-up shot of the front door also shows that some of the seeded glass in the stained glass is fairly transparent. |
|
|
We took one of the transom windows that we built for the home with us to show the home owner, who then informed us that they were going to go into wooden frames. |
|
|
We installed the transom stained glass panels (there were four) into frames that will be working transoms, unlike the fixed transoms we normally install. |
|
|
|
| The home is a joy to behold. It's just so great to see how warm and inviting the wood and glass make the house feel. | |
