Custom Lighting - a stained glass lamp shade for a mountain cabin.

In the fall of 2003 we teamed up with Meitler Metalworks to build a sample chandelier for the Home Decorating Show in Salt Lake City. The glass for the chandelier consists of 6 art glass panels with a repeating pattern which alternates every other panel. This forms a continuous scene as you walk around the chandelier. |

|
The base and the top of the chandelier separate to allow easy access for cleaning and changing bulbs. The frame work was painted with a copper/brass paint to match the mountain theme of the lamp. The edge and side glass and some of the mountains are made from "lamp leather" glass. |
|
|
|
|
|
The Home show was a success in as much as we met quite a few people who were interested in glass. We would be happy to design a chandelier for you. We can build them big for installation in large room and we can design smaller ones for a more intimate setting. |
