Stained Glass work done by Lynde Mott

Lynde Mott really is a great painter and is becoming very accomplished with stained glass. Her designs are really inspired. Her first stained glass project was in helping with the reflective opposition panel. She wanted to have a part in the piece we were building for her, so she hand cut the stencils for the lace in the womens' bonnets.

Then she felt she needed to ride with the glass as it was transported home for the install.




Lynde's home is a work of art. She built these rose panels to go in the shutters in her window and then she stenciled the wall so the roses would continue around the room.

Her front room has four windows which each feature the sunstone panels she built, which have significance to LDS people and the temple that was built in Nauvoo, Illinois.

Next she moved on and did a stained glass mosaic for a backsplash in the kitchen.

Then she did a panel for the boys bathroom. You can see the glass reflected in the mirror in the photo which shows off the mural she painted.

Here is a commissioned mosaic that Lynde is creating for a wall decoration in a local junior high school.
